What makes me who I am?
As an executive and professional globetrotter with roots in northern Germany, I have encountered different cultures, people and leadership styles. I have managed and designed change processes and experienced professional change, also in the sense of changing perspectives. All of this has shaped and influenced me, I live with empathy and I pass it on to you as added value.

And what do I do when I’m not working?
When I am off work I try to visit the sea as often as possible – barefoot or in rubber boots.
Gladly alone, but even more preferably with my husband. With a lot of luck our son, who says he is "already too big for this," will also join us. The wide view of the water, waves and wind, sometimes loud and sometimes quiet, are the perfect catalysts for re-charging me. If time is of the essence and I can’t make it to the sea, I walk through the wonderful Weser meadows right outside my front door. Also beautiful and stunning!
